The XXIII Rincon ITU International Triathlon & Caribbean Cup

Registration:

Final Entry/Registration takes place on Saturday, June 7, 2003, from 2:00 P.M., until 7:00 P.M. for the Sprint Event.

Athletes participating in the Caribbean Cup Event should enter, register and pay by May 15, 2003. This ITU-sanctioned event will be eligible for 2004 Olympic points.

Athlete Briefing & Breakfast:

An athlete breakfast & briefing will take place on Saturday, June 7, 2003, during which number assignments and gift bags will be provided.

Registration Fee:

Registration/Entry fees are $100 for the Caribbean Cup, $30 for the Rincón Triathlon and $15 for Relay.

Accommodations:

Parador Villa Antonio is the official event hotel. The first 50 Caribbean Cup participants that register, enter and pay (by May 15) will be provided with a complementary 3 day & 2 night stay. Complementary Ground Transportation from and to the San Juan Airport will be provided on Friday, June 6, 2003 and Monday, June 9, 2003. Delegates, trainers, association officials and other attendees are responsible for making their own lodging reservations at the event hotel, or any other Rincón lodging establishments. Course:

· The Caribbean Cup distances are Swim 1.5K, Cycle 40K, Run 10K.

· The Rincón Triathlon Sprint distances are: Swim 750 Meters, Cycle 20K, Run 5K.
