NOTES:

The same organizing committee that hosted the 2000 and 2001 Toronto World Cup have moved their event north of the city by 25km.  Enjoy the benefits of the Caledon Countryside just 20km north of the Toronto International Airport.  While the Toronto World Cup may be remembered for the cold Lake Ontario water, the Caledon International is in a small warm spring fed lake with guaranteed clean, comfortable water (wetsuits are a 50/50 possibility).  The race site is moderately hilly, but athletes who may be looking to train for 7-20 days can see some of the best training area in North America.  In 2003 Olympians Hamish Carter, Bevan Docherty and Peter Robertson choose to live and train in Caledon for nearly a month (and they had fantastic 2003 World Championship results).

The 2004 event will have an USA versus Canada challenge as well Bermuda and other nations will be bringing their juniors and 23 and under athletes for a head to head race.
