Cycle Course

4 lovely spectator laps of 10km`s each. Each lap starts on a quite steepish hill of about 100 m. Thereafter it is very flat, till they return to start the 100m downhill to a traffic circle. Rounding this circle clockwise, will be the start of the next lap. Wind can play a major role in the flat sections – the second half of each lap can be into a strong headwind.  

Run Course:

Very challenging 5 x 2km run course. For spectators, it is a lovely course to watch. After approx 200 m`s, there is a short 100 m steady climb, followed by a very sharp 30m drop. Running along the harbour, on your left, is stunning. The real test comes at just short of 2km`s, when for 110m they hit a hard up. After 3 laps, it can most certainly take its toll! From the top of the hill it is flat until about 300 before starting the next lap, the athlete will be running downhill, towards the transitional area, past spectators.
