The swim is sheltered and close to the shore

The temperature of the lake water is 20° up to 22°

Cycle Course

39km cycle - 5 laps 7,8 km

The cycling course follows a traffic free route which is particularly technical and very selective.

Run Course:

10km - 4 laps 2,5km

The run course is along the lake, the surface is bitumen and hilly and it will be clearly marked into lanes and in km to go for runners.

60 EURO cash on registration day

All entry application must be sent to ETU and must be made by NFs (i.e., individuals may not enter themselves). The entry DEADLINE is 10 days prior to the event.
