Cycle Course

4 laps. First 2 Km flat, then 800 meters uphill with a 12% average gradient followed by a 1.5 Km. downhill. 5 Km. part small uphill and downhill. Last 700 meters moderately uphill (4% average gradient).

Run Course:

2 laps. Almost entirely flat on unsurfaced road – some short parts on road. Small uphill on the latest 300 meters.
