Cycle Course

Brief description including: hills, corners, technical aspects, number of laps.  The bike course is 6 laps with 5 90 degree right turns, 1 U turn and one left turn.  It has some small steep hills but would not be considered a hilly course.

Run Course:

Brief description including: hills, surface (trails, pavement), number of laps.  The course starts with a climb out of the transition.  After 2 miles, athletes will complete the final four miles over a 4 loop course.
