Paulo Miyasiro was a swimmer who started triathlon in 1995; running in ITU events since 2001. Has strong swimming ability; has improved cycling and running skills. Trains 5 hours a day, coached by Marcos Paulo Reis, Emerson Gomes at track and field and at swimming by José Mosquito Borges. My teammates are Fred Monteiro, Fabio Carvalho and Mauro Miyasiro, three brazilian triathletes.
