Start Times - from 600am for 1st wave; 815am
for last wave (4 waves per day)
Start Scheme - beach mass start
Swim Conditions - Open ocean, 2 laps
Water temperature - (no wetsuits needed/required)
Cycle Course - 3 loops x 13.33km on partly
flat and partly slightly hilly
course, 2 u-turns, 8 right & left turns
per loop
Run Course - 4 loops on a flat fully paved
road. Partly shady, partly
exposed to
morning sun.
