ITU Basic Requirement:
This Camp, will have a maximum of 30 athletes, aged 16-23 years old. The training model will take into consideration recent changes to the Junior Sprint categories at World Championships. (16-19 Sprint) distance, and the U/23: 17-23 Olympic distance)

a) Objective (s) of the Camp specific to the Region. In accordance with the agreement from the Executive Board meeting of the Asian Triathlon Confederation took place in 27th May in Xuzhou, China, the IOC/ITU Regional Solidarity Camp River will be held in the Nagara River area, on the occasion of the Sprint Distance National Championships event. Nagara is one of the founding venue of the sport of triathlon. Event staff and volunteer are very well experienced by past 16 years events.
b) Coaches and Support Crew involved, plus a list of their qualifications
c) Maximum of 30 athletes, with equal representation of males and females
d) Athletes of at least five countries from within the Region
e) Outline of training program and lectures
f) Preliminary Budget- Regional Camps may be awarded up to $6000 USD
g) Athlete Selection Process: One male and one female athletes, age 16 to 23, will be invited from Asian Region. Board and lodging will be provided complimentary.
h) Accommodation and training facility possibilities, including address and contact person
i) Dates and place- the camp should be no shorter than 7 days
j) Insurance details and risk management plan
