Registration forms for Age Group and athletes with Disabilities are to be completed by each National Federation, no individual registration.

Please make a copy of the age group form for each category in which you are entering athletes. Remember to check the age group category on each form.

Age group eligibility determined by age on Dec. 31^st.

Please complete the summary indicating all categories in which you are entering athletes.

Instructions for payment you will find in the Official Entry Form.

Elite Athletes Information forms are to be completed by athletes and returned by National Federation.

Remember that all competitors must have an insurance according to the ITU rules.
